18. Joseph³ Beach (John², ¹ Unknown) was born in Stratford, Fairfield, CT 1 February 1671. Joseph died 17 December 1737 in Stratford, Fairfield, CT, at 66 years of age.

He married twice. He married Abiath Booth. He married Abiah Booth 1697. Abiah died 1735.

Joseph Beach and Abiah Booth had the following children:

86 i. Joseph⁴ Beach. Joseph Perkins Beach, an early historian of the Beach family and himself a descendant of John Beach(1), reportedly research this line and concluded, in 1885, that "There are no descendants of Joseph in this century." See: BEACH FAMILY MAGAZINE, pp. 12, 40. Whether this Joseph(3) married or not is unclear.

87 ii. Sarah Beach was born 13 July 1697. She married Jonathan Nichols.

88 iii. Agur Beach was born 8 April 1699. Agur died 4 March 1711/1712 at 12 years of age.

89 iv. Abraham Beach was born 29 April 1701. Abraham died 1 March 1711/1712 at 10 years of age.

+ 90 v. Hannah Beach was born 12 February 1702/1703.

91 vi. Abiah Beach was born 12 January 1712/1713. She married Samuel Judson 1737. His first wife was Ann Clark. They reportedly had children.
