He married Jemima Curtis 29 September 1713. Jemima was born 15 January 1694/1695. Jemima died 3 March 1739 at 44 years of age.

Nathan Beach and Jemima Curtis had the following children:

child + 160 ii. William Beach was born 18 November 1716.

child 161 iii. Lydia Beach was born 26 February 1719. She married Benjamin Blakeslee. She was living at Norwalk, Connecticut, as of 1782.

child + 162 iv. Nathan Beach was born 23 May 1721.

child 163 v. Sarah Beach was born 27 October 1723. She married Joseph Deremore.

child + 164 vi. Enos Beach was born 30 January 1726.

child 165 vii. Stephen Beach was born 16 April 1729.

child + 166 viii. Jemima Beach was born 11 May 1732.

child + 167 ix. Elihu Beach was born 14 December 1734.

child + 168 x. Eunice Beach was born 5 March 1737.
