178. Aaron5 Beach (Gershom4, Thomas3, John2, 1 Unknown) was born in Wallingford, Connecticut 14 January 1727. Aaron died 25 May 1822 in Chittenden, Vermont, at 95 years of age.

He married Esther Keeler. The BEACH FAMILY MAGAZINE, Vol. I, No. 2, p. 37, gives the dates of his birth and death as above, but at Vol. I, No. 3, p. 63, says born 14-Jan-1726/27 and died 25-Mar-1822. He served in various colonial wars, the French and Indian War and the Revolution and it is claimed tried to serve in the War of 1812 but was prevented by the intervention of his friends.

Aaron Beach and Esther Keeler had the following children:

child 433 i. Noah6 Beach. He served in the Revolution. He died prior to 1787 for on 2-Aug-1787 his uncle, Gershom Beach(4) Gershom(3) petitions to sell the lands of Noah Beach, late of Rutland, Vermont, in his capacity as administrator of Noah's estate. A Noah Beach, son of the widow Phebe Beach, was born 20-Oct-1781, and it is possible he was a son of this man.

child 434 ii. Nancy Beach. She married Aaron Henry. He was of Pittsford, Vermont.

child + 435 iii. Gershom Beach was born 19 November 1747.

child 436 iv. David Beach was born in Farmington, Connecticut 16 September 1750.

child + 437 v. Esther Beach was born 19 April 1762.
