1313. Joseph S.⁸ Beach (Sheldon⁷, Archelaus⁶, Caleb⁵, Caleb⁴, Thomas³, John², ¹ Unknown) was born in New York 27 July 1831. Joseph died 9 June 1895 at 63 years of age.

He married Frances A. Beach. Her ancestry has not yet been determined. His date of birth above is from his gravestone in Oak Grove Cemetery, Chelsea, Michigan. The 1850 Census of Lima Township, Washtenaw County, Michigan, however, shows him as 18, so born c. 1832.

Joseph S. Beach and Frances A. Beach had the following children:

1449 ii. Laura Beach.

1450 iii. Emma Beach.
