214. Samuel⁵ Beach (Josiah⁴, Nathaniel³, John², ¹ Unknown) was born 5 June 1723. Samuel died 1762 at 39 years of age.

He married Sarah Sherman 24 June 1744. Sarah died 9 June 1763 in At Age 41. He lived at North Stratford, Connecticut.

Samuel Beach and Sarah Sherman had the following children:

534 i. Betty⁶ Beach was born in Fairfield, Connecticut 17 August 1745. Line 7613 from GEDCOM File not recognizable or too long: DEAT DATE young The BEACH FAMILY MAGAZINE, Vol. I, No. 3, p. 66, lists three children named Betty or Betsey, i.e., this child, born 17-Aug-1745; a Betsey, b. 17-Aug-1755; and a Betsey, b. Jan 30, 1758. In Vol. II, No. 1, p. 122, three children are again listed, i.e., a Betsey, b. 17-Aug-1745; a Betsey, b. Jan 30, 1757; and a Betsey, b. 30-Jan-1758 and bpt. 12-Feb-1758. It is likely that the two born in 1745 and 1755 are in fact one and the same, given both are said to have been born 17-Aug.

535 ii. Ruth Beach was born 5 March 1747.

+ 537 iv. Eliakim Beach was born 13 July 1750.
