229. John⁵ Beach (Sarah⁴, Nathaniel³, John², ¹ Unknown) was born 5 September 1734. John died 15 May 1791 at 56 years of age.

He married Phebe Curtis. Phebe was born 20 February 1738. Phebe died 4 December 1815 at 77 years of age. He was a deputy from Newtown to the Connecticut General Court in 1775.

John Beach and Phebe Curtis had the following children:

+ 568 i. John⁶ Beach was born 9 December 1757.

+ 569 ii. Phebe Beach was born 29 January 1760.

570 iii. Mathew Beach was born 22 February 1763. Mathew died 10 September 1766 at 3 years of age.

+ 571 iv. Hannah Beach was born 22 May 1765.

572 v. Lucy Beach was born 17 July 1768.

+ 573 vi. Sarah Beach was born 5 February 1774.

+ 574 vii. Mary Beach was born 4 August 1778.
