164. Charles6 Harvest (John7, George8) was born in Stow On The Wold, Gloucester, England 4 October 1843.
During the 1861 Census, Charles was working at Frampton Estates as a stableboy. He married Jane Maria Addison 27 September 1868 in Saint Martins, Birmingham, Warwickshire, England. Jane was born about 1845 in England and died before 1881 (Charles is listed as Widowed in the 1881 British Census). Jane was the daughter of William Addison. Charles was an Engine Fitter and was living on Bradford Street in Birmingham when he was married. Charles was living at 220 Bearwood Hill, Harborne, Stafford, England during the 1881 census and was employed as a Gardener. By September 1881 he had married Alice Ann Chatwin (born 1863 Smethwick, Staffordshire). They were both still together and living in Lapley, Staffordshire in the 1901 census (see below).
