212. English⁷ Newcomb (William⁸, Peter⁹, Hezekiah¹⁰, Simeon¹¹, Andrew¹² , Andrew¹³ Newcomb) was born in Bernardston, Franklin, MA 26 June 1787. English died 12 October 1853 in Bernardston, Franklin, MA, at 66 years of age.

He married Eunice Weld 18 November 1816 in Guilford, Windham, VT. Eunice was born 19 December 1790 in Guilford, Windham, VT. Eunice was the daughter of Calvin Weld and Eunice Rogers. Eunice died 12 February 1862 in Bernardston, Franklin, MA, at 71 years of age.

English Newcomb and Eunice Weld had the following children:

213 i. Calvin Weld⁶ Newcomb was born in Bernardston, Franklin, MA 7 February 1818. Calvin died 17 January 1899 in Matawan, NJ, at 80 years of age. He married Dorcas Tice 11 October 1842 in South Amboy, NJ. Dorcas was born 17 March 1822 in Matawan, NJ. Dorcas was the daughter of Jacob B. Tice and Priscilla.

214 ii. Eunice Fidelia Newcomb was born in Bernardston, Franklin, MA 26 March 1820. She married Sereno F. Thomas 25 September 1844 in Guilford, Windham, VT. Sereno was born 7 December 1821 in Chesterfield, Cheshire, NH.

215 iii. Isaac Leander Newcomb was born in Bernardston, Franklin, MA 24 June 1822. Isaac died 14 October 1844 at 22 years of age.

216 iv. William Bradley Newcomb was born in Bernardston, Franklin, MA 11 February 1824. William died 6 June 1824 in Bernardston, Franklin, MA, at less than one year of age.

217 v. Eleanor E. Newcomb was born in Bernardston, Franklin, MA 15 July 1825. Eleanor died 29 March 1890 in NJ, at 64 years of age.

+ 103 vi. Samuel Rogers Newcomb was born 7 December 1827.

218 vii. Luther English Newcomb was born in Bernardston, Franklin, MA 1 July 1830. Luther died 29 April 1855 in Trenton, NJ, at 24 years of age.

219 viii. Sarah Ann Newcomb was born in Bernardston, Franklin, MA 13 May 1832. Sarah died 3 February 1858 in Brattleboro, Windham, VT, at 25 years of age.
