He married five times. He married Martha Strong. He married Elizabeth Stratton in England. Elizabeth was born 1607 in England. Elizabeth was the daughter of John Stratton and Alice Gibson. Elizabeth died 28 July 1674 in Roxbury, Suffolk, MA, at 67 years of age. He married Elizabeth (1st) Stalham 11 December 1628 in England. Elizabeth was born 11 November 1597 in Tombland, Norwich, Norfolk, England. Elizabeth was the daughter of John Stalham and Alice Gibson. Elizabeth died 28 July 1674 in Roxbury, Suffolk, MA, at 76 years of age. Her body was interred in St.Eustace, MA. He married Elizabeth (Stalman) Stralman 1630. He married Margaret Fearing 3 November 1675 in Roxbury, Suffolk, MS.

Robert Williams and Elizabeth (1st) Stalham had the following children:

5985 iii. Edward Williams was born in Gt. Yarmouth, Norfolk, England 25 August 1627. Edward died 1688 in MS, at 60 years of age.

5986 iv. Deborah Williams was born in Gt. Yarmouth, Norfolk, England 1628. Deborah died 18 September 1676 in MS, at 48 years of age. She married twice. She married John Turner February 1648 in Medfield, Norfolk, MA. She married John Turner February 1648.

5987 v. John William Roxbury Williams was born in Norwich, England about 1629. John died 6 October 1658 in Roxbury, MA, at 29 years of age. He married Elizabeth.

5988 vi. Mary Williams was born in England about 1630.

5989 vii. Samuel Williams was born in England 1632. Samuel died 28 September 1698 in MS, at 66 years of age. He married twice. He married Theoda Parke 2 March 1654 in Suffolk, MS. He married Dorothy Weld 28 April 1720.

5990 viii. Deborah Williams was born in Norwich, Norfolk, England 1636. Deborah died 1676 at 40 years of age. She married John Turner.

5991 ix. Isaac Williams [Captain] was born in Roxbury, Suffolk, MA 1 September 1638. Isaac died 11 February 1707 in Newton, Middlesex, MA, at 68 years of age. He married three times. He married Martha Parke 1660 in Norfolk, MS. He married Judity (Judith?) Hunt about 1675 in Roxbury, MA. He married Judith Hunt 13 November 1677.

5992 x. Stephen Williams was born in Roxbury, Suffolk, MA 8 November 1640. Stephen died 15 February 1720 in MA, at 79 years of age. He married Sarah Wise 1666 in Roxbury, Suffolk, Massachusetts.

5993 xi. Thomas Williams was born in Roxbury, Suffolk, MA 8 November 1640.

5994 xii. Thomas Williams was born in Roxbury, MA 1642. Thomas died about 1642 in Died Young.

5995 xiii. Mary Williams was born in Roxbury, MA about 1644. Mary died 19 February 1662 in Medfield, Norfolk, MA, at 17 years of age. She married Nicholas Wood.
