He married Martha Wheadon 5 January 1725 in Branford, CT. Martha was born January 1708 in Branford, New Haven, CT. Martha was the daughter of Thomas Wheadon and Hannah Sutliff. Martha died 18 March 1773 in Southington, Hartford, CT, at 65 years of age.
