He married twice. He married Rebecca Bell in New Haven, New Haven, CT. Rebecca was born August 1643 in New Haven, New Haven, CT. Rebecca was the daughter of Francis Bell and Rebecca. Rebecca died 2 May 1676 in New Haven, New Haven, CT, at 32 years of age. He married Rebbeca Bell.

Jonathan Tuttle and Rebecca Bell had the following children:

2059 i. Rebecca¹¹ Tuttle was born in New Haven, New Haven, CT 10 September 1664. She married Isaac Dayton 10 September 1664.

2060 ii. Mary Tuttle was born in New Haven, New Haven, CT 17 February 1666. She married William Frederick. William was born 17 February 1666 in Wallingford, New Haven, CT.

2061 iii. Jonathan Tuttle was born in New Haven, New Haven, CT 6 April 1669. Jonathan died 1700 at 31 years of age.

2062 iv. Simon Tuttle was born in New Haven, New Haven, CT 11 March 1671. Simon died 6 July 1725 in New Haven, New Haven, CT, at 54 years of age. He married Elizabeth Abernathy. Elizabeth was born 15 December 1673 in Wallingford, New Haven, CT. Elizabeth was the daughter of William Abernathe and Sarah Doolittle.

+ 1310 v. William Tuttle was born 25 May 1673.

2063 vi. Nathaniel Tuttle was born in New Haven, New Haven, CT 25 February 1675. Nathaniel died 1728 in New Haven, New Haven, CT, at 53 years of age. His body was interred in Old Cem, New Haven, CT. He married Esther Doolittle 1703. Esther was born 24 January 1683 in New Haven, New Haven, CT. Esther was the daughter of John Doolittle and Mary Peck. Esther died 1756 in New Haven, New Haven, CT, at 73 years of age.
