660. Peter⁹ Newcomb (Hezekiah¹⁰, Simeon¹¹, Andrew¹² , Andrew¹³ Newcomb) was born in Lebenon, New London, CT 28 November 1718. Peter died 26 September 1779 in Lebenon, New London, CT, at 60 years of age.

He married Hannah English 2 November 1740 in Lebenon, New London, CT. Hannah was born 19 September 1722 in Lebenon, New London, CT. Hannah was the daughter of Richard English and Mary Hinksman. Hannah died 9 January 1796 in Lebenon, New London, CT, at 73 years of age.

Peter Newcomb and Hannah English had the following children:

661 i. Phebe⁸ Newcomb was born in Bernardston, Franklin, MA 15 September 1741. Phebe died 15 July 1785 in Stafford, Tolland, CT, at 43 years of age. She married Nathaniel Cushman [Captain] 15 November 1759. Nathaniel was born 2 September 1738 in Plympton, Plymouth, MA. Nathaniel was the son of Nathaniel Cushman [Captain] and Sarah Coomer. Nathaniel died 17 August 1817 in Stafford, Tolland, CT, at 78 years of age.

662 ii. Hezekiah Newcomb was born in Bernardston, Franklin, MA 6 May 1747. Hezekiah died 25 January 1821 in Bernardston, Franklin, MA, at 73 years of age. He married Lydia Hunt 15 September 1768.

663 iii. Samuel Newcomb was born in Lebanon, New London, CT 23 October 1749. Samuel died 30 June 1800 in Somers, Tolland, CT, at 50 years of age. He married Mary Crandall.

+ 388 iv. William Newcomb was born 19 March 1752.

664 v. Jemima Newcomb was born in CT 24 October 1756. Jemima died 13 October 1844 in Columbia, Windham, CT, at 87 years of age.

665 vi. Joseph Newcomb was born 3 May 1762.
