303. James Stock was born in England in 1820 to James Stock and _______. He married Emma Felsted⁷ 29 January 1842 in Takeley, Essex, England. Emma was born in Takeley, Essex, England 15 July 1819, to Thomas Felsted and Charlotte Bovell. In 1854, James was employed as a Husbandman, working at Frogs Hall, Takeley Essex. James died Mar 1860, Takeley, Essex at age 40 and was buried 31 Mar 1860, Holy Trinity, Takeley, Essex. Emma died in 1910 in Union Workhouse, Dunmow, Essex and was buried on 20 Apr 1910 in Takeley, Essex.

James and Emma had the following children:

160 i. George⁶ Stock was in 1842.

161 ii. William Stock was christened 5 May 1844, Takeley, Essex.

162 iii. John Stock was christened 6 Feb 1848, Takeley, Essex.

163 iv. Joseph Thomas Stock was born in 1851. He appears in the 1861 Census (7 Apr 1861, Takeley, Essex) as a 10 year-old son.

164 v. Mary Stock was born 4 Sep 1854, Takeley, Essex. She was christened 29 Oct 1854 . She married George Heard 12 Nov 1875, Holy Trinity, Takeley, Essex and died 11 May 1941, Tower House Cambridge Rd Ely at age 86.

165 vi. Reuben Stock was born in 1857. He married Mary Clementina Tate in London in 1891.

+ 166 vii. Peter Stock was born 26 January 1858.
