He married Anne Oldage 19 May 1643 in Windsor, Hartford, CT. Anne was born 1624/1625 in Windsor, Hartford, CT. Anne was the daughter of Richard Oldage and Unknown. Anne died 28 August 1689 in Windsor, Hartford, CT, at 64 years of age. Her body was interred in Windsor, Hartford, CT.

3629 iii. Nathaniel Osborn was born in Windsor, Hartford, CT 10 March 1650. Nathaniel died 25 October 1689 at 39 years of age.

3630 iv. Samuel Osborn was born in Of Windsor, Hartford, CT 25 July 1652. Samuel died 23 April 1654 at 1 year of age.

3631 v. Mary Osborn was born in Windsor, Hartford, CT 16 April 1655. Mary died 6 August 1689 at 34 years of age.

3632 vi. Mary Osborn was born in East Windsor, Hartford, CT 16 April 1655. Mary died 6 August 1689 in East Windsor, Hartford, CT, at 34 years of age. She married twice. She married Joseph Owen. She married Josiah (Joshua) Owen 22 October 1674 in Windsor, Hartford, Connecticut.

3633 vii. Sarah Osborne was born in Windsor, Hartford, CT 3 February 1657. She married Joseph Wright 29 December 1687 in East Hartford, Hartford, Conn.

3634 viii. Hannah Osborn was born in Windsor, Hartford, CT 18 December 1657. Hannah died in Windsor, Hartford, CT. She married three times. She married John Ashcraft 12 December 1670. She married Elias Shaddock 26 November 1675 in Windsor, Hartford, Connecticut. She married Benjamin Eggleston 6 March 1678 in Near Windsor, Connecticut. Benjamin was born 18 December 1653 in Windsor, Hartford, CT. Benjamin was the son of Bygod (Beget) Eggleston and Mary Wall. Benjamin died 16 December 1729 in Windsor, Hartford, CT, at 75 years of age.

3635 ix. Samuel Osborn was born in Windsor, Hartford, CT 8 May 1660. Samuel died 21 June 1736 in Windsor, Hartford, CT, at 76 years of age. He married twice. He married Rebecca Denslow. He married Mary Brooks 14 November 1683 in Windsor Ct.

3636 x. Esther Osborn was born in Windsor, Hartford, CT 9 August 1662. She married Joseph Owen 9 August 1682 in Windham, Windham, Connecticut.

3637 xi. Isaac Osborn was born in Windsor, Hartford, CT 28 September 1664. Isaac died 24 November 1673 at 9 years of age.

3638 xii. Sarah Osborn was born in Windsor, Hartford, CT 8 February 1667. She married Joseph Wright.
