He married twice. He married Jane Symes. He married Mary Periam 30 July 1583 in Colcombe, Devon, Engl. Mary was born 30 April 1567 in Colcombe, Devonshire, England. Mary was the daughter of William Periam and Anne Parker. Mary died 2 May 1605 in Colcombe, Devonshire, England, at 38 years of age.

William Poole [Sir] and Mary Periam had the following children:

3747 i. Mary¹² Poole. She married Nicholas Hurst 5 April 1602.

3748 ii. Katherine Poole. She married Thomas Southcote.

3749 iii. Periam Poole. He married Dorothy Hippesley.

3750 iv. Arthur Poole (Triplet). He married Jane.

3751 v. Eleanore Poole. She married Anthony Floyer.

3752 vi. John Poole [Sir] was born in Colcombe, Devonshire, England about 1583. John died 1 April 1667 at 83 years of age. He married Elizabeth How.

3753 vii. Henry Poole was born in Boston, Suffolk, MA about 1589.

3754 viii. Elizabeth Poole was born in England August 1589. Elizabeth died 21 May 1654 in Taunton, Bristol, MA, at 64 years of age. Her body was interred 21 May 1654.

+ 2293 ix. Ann Poole was born about 1589/1606.

3755 x. William Poole (Triplet)[Sir] was born in England 1593. William died 24 February 1674 in Taunton, Bristol, MA, at 80 years of age. He married twice. He married Jane. He married Jane about 1618.

3756 xi. Francis Poole (Triplet) was born 1593. Francis died 1627 in Taunton, Bristol, MA, at 34 years of age.
