3783. John¹³ Birdseye (John¹⁴) was born in Reading, Berkshire, England 1616. John died 4 April 1690 in Stratford, Fairfield, CT, at 73 years of age.

He married three times. He married Philippa Smith. He married Philippa Smith 1637 in Wethersfield, Hartford, CT. Philippa was born 1622 in Norwich, Norfolk, England. Philippa was the daughter of Henry Smith and Dorothy Cotten. Philippa died 1687 in Wethersfield, Hartford, CT, at 65 years of age. He married Mrs. Alice Tomlinson 1688 in Stratford, Fairfield, Connecticut.

John Birdseye and Philippa Smith had the following children:

3784 i. John¹² Birdseye was born in Stratford, Fairfield, CT 28 March 1641. John died 9 January 1697 in Stratford, Fairfield, CT, at 55 years of age. He married Phoebe Wilcoxon 11 December 1669 in Fairfield, Fairfield, Connecticut. Phoebe was born 9 August 1669 in Stratford, Fairfield, CT. Phoebe was the daughter of Timothy Wilcoxson and Joanna Birdseye. Phoebe died 30 April 1758 in Wallingford, New Haven, CT, at 88 years of age.

+ 2352 ii. Joanna Birdseye was born 18 November 1642.
