982. Benjamin¹⁰ Hitchcock (John¹¹, Matthias OR Matthew¹², George¹³) was born in New Haven, New Haven, CT 24 March 1696. Benjamin died 12 February 1767 in Wallingford, New Haven, CT, at 70 years of age. His body was interred in Old Cem, Cheshire, New Haven, CT.

He married Elizabeth Ives 1 October 1718 in Wallingford, CT. Elizabeth was born 6 September 1700 in Wallingford, New Haven, CT. Elizabeth was the daughter of Joseph Ives and Esther Benedict. Elizabeth died 8 August 1762 in Age 62, at 61 years of age.

Benjamin Hitchcock and Elizabeth Ives had the following children:

983 i. Damaris⁹ Hitchcock. Her body was interred 19 July 1737 in Congregational, Cheshire, CT.

984 ii. Bela Hitchcock was born in Wallingford, CT 27 October 1719. Bela died 13 October 1796 in Congregational, Cheshire, CT, at 76 years of age. His body was interred in Old Cem, Cheshire, CT.

985 iii. Hannah Hitchcock was born in Wallingford, CT 12 September 1721. Hannah died 28 April 1809 at 87 years of age. She married Elnathan Andrews 26 May 1740 in Wallingford, CT.

986 iv. Benjamin Hitchcock was born in Wallingford, CT 23 February 1724. Benjamin died 1792 at 68 years of age.

987 v. Elizabeth Hitchcock was born in Wallingford, CT 23 February 1726.

988 vi. Abigail Hitchcock was born in Wallingford, CT 10 May 1728. Abigail died 15 November 1782 in New Haven, CT, at 54 years of age. Her body was interred in Mount Carmel, Hamden, CT. She married Daniel Bradley 9 December 1747 in New Haven, CT.

989 vii. Samuel Hitchcock was born in Wallingford, CT 1 April 1730. Samuel died 8 May 1798 in Congregational, Southington, CT, at 68 years of age.

990 viii. Nathaniel Hitchcock was born in Wallingford, CT 30 June 1732. Nathaniel died 12 March 1734 in Wallingford, CT, at 1 year of age.

991 ix. Joseph Hitchcock was born in Wallingford, CT 12 July 1737. Joseph died 1 July 1760 at 22 years of age.

992 x. Nathaniel Hitchcock was born in Wallingford, CT 2 September 1739. Nathaniel died 30 March 1770 in Wallingford, CT, at 30 years of age. His body was interred in Old Cem, Cheshire, CT.

+ 610 xi. David Hitchcock was born 29 September 1742.

993 xii. Damaris Hitchcock was born in Wallingford, CT 23 September 1744. Damaris died 25 November 1756 in Wallingford, CT, at 12 years of age. Her body was interred in Old Cem, Cheshire, CT.
