3082. Isaac¹² Ramsdell (John¹³) was born in Lynn, Essex, MA 1641. Isaac died after 1715 in Lynn, Essex, MA.

He married Eleanor Vinton 12 July 1666 in Lynn, Essex, MA. Eleanor was born May 1648 in Lynn, Essex, MA. Eleanor was the daughter of John Vinton and Mary. Sometime before 1667 and probably around 1660, Isaac was in Concord, Mass., most likely to help with the Iron Works which began operations on 30 May 1660. It is certain that Isaac and his wife Eleanor were there in 1667 when the birth of their first child, Isaac, was recorded (as Isaac Ramsden) in the Concord Vital Records. Two other children were born in Concord and a fourth child died young in Lynn. Why he moved back to Lynn is unknown. In 1677, Isaac was among a group of men from Lynn who took the Oath of Fidelity.

Isaac Ramsdell and Eleanor Vinton had the following children:

+ 1808 i. Isaac¹¹ Ramsdell was born 1 September 1667.

3083 ii. John Ramsdell was born in Lynn, Essex, MA 26 May 1670. John died 3 January 1676 in Lynn, Essex, MA, at 5 years of age.

3084 iii. Jonathan Ramsdell was born in Concord, Middlesex, MA 30 September 1672. Jonathan died 1742 in Lynn, Essex, MA, at 69 years of age. He married Anna Chadwell 27 November 1695. Anna was born 17 June 1679 in Lynn, Essex, MA.

3085 iv. Dorcas Ramsdell was born in MA 1676. Dorcas died 16 August 1676 in Lynn, Essex, MA, at less than one year of age.

3086 v. Nathaniel Ramsdell was born in Lynn, Essex, MA 31 May 1677. He married Elizabeth Mansfield 2 November 1698 in Lynn, Essex, MA. Elizabeth was born 6 February 1679 in Lynn, Essex, MA. Elizabeth was the daughter of Joseph Mansfield and Elizabeth Williams. Elizabeth died before 1739.

3087 vi. John Ramsdell was born in Lynn, Essex, MA 19 March 1679/1680. John died 1725 at 45 years of age. He married Elizabeth Chadwell 31 October 1710 in Lynn, Essex, MA. Elizabeth was born 18 December 1681 in Lynn, Essex, MA. Elizabeth was the daughter of Moses Chadwell and Sarah Ivory.

+ 1819 vii. Joseph Ramsdell was born 17 September 1683.

3088 viii. Sarah Ramsdell was born in Lynn, Essex, MA 8 May 1685. She married Jonathan Youngman 8 October 1709 in Lynn, Essex, MA. Jonathan was born 9 October 1686 in Roxbury, Suffolk, MA. Jonathan was the son of Francis Youngman and Anna Fisher.

3089 ix. Elner Ramsdell was born in Lynn, Essex, MA 8 April 1688. Elner died 12 FEB. She married Nathaniel Newhall 27 December 1718 in Lynn, Essex, MA. Nathaniel was born about 1690 in Lynn, Essex, MA.
