2864. Andrew¹² (Andrew¹³ Newcomb) was born in England about 1640. Andrew died 20 August 1706 in Edgartown, Martha's Vineyar, MA, at 66 years of age. His body was interred in Martha's Vinyard, MA.

He married twice. He married Sarah 1661 in Sandwich, Barnstable, MA. Sarah was born 1642 in Kittery, York, ME. Sarah died 1674/1675 in Kittery, York, ME, at 33 years of age. Her body was interred in Isle of Shoals, ME. He married Anna Bayes 1675/1676 in Edgartown, Dukes, Massachusetts.

Lt. Andrew Newcomb and Sarah had the following children:

+ 1711 i. Simeon¹¹ Newcomb was born 1662.

2865 ii. Andrew Newcomb was born in Edgartown, Dukes, MA about 1664. Andrew died June 1687 in Edgartown, Dukes, MA, at 22 years of age.

2866 iii. Thomas Newcomb was born in Edgartown, Dukes, MA about 1668. Thomas died after 1723. He married Elizabeth Cook October 1693 in Eastham, Barnstable, Massachusetts.

2867 iv. Sarah Newcomb was born in Edgartown, Dukes, MA 1670. Sarah died after 1707. She married twice. She married Joshua Conant 9 January 1691 in Salem, Essex, Massachusetts. She married William Eldredge 1706 in Sandwich, Barnstable, Massachusetts.

2868 v. Mary (Mercy) Newcomb was born in Edgartown, Dukes, MA 1672. Mary died 13 November 1736 at 64 years of age. She married Capt. Thomas Lumbert 4 October 1694 in Sandwich, Barnstable, Massachusetts.

2869 vi. Peter Newcomb was born in Edgartown, Dukes, MA 1674. Peter died 31 March 1723 at 48 years of age. He married Mercy Smith 11 March 1699/1700 in Sandwich, Barnstable, Massachusetts.
