4761. John¹³ Fearing was born in Cambridge, England about 1623. John died 14 May 1665 in Hingham, Plymouth, MA, at 41 years of age.

He married Margaret Hawks. Margaret was born 1617. Margaret was the daughter of Matthew Hawke. Came in 1638 in the "Diligent" with his employer, Matthew Hawke. Selectman in 1648, Constable 1650, Freeman 1652, died 14 may 1665. Will is found in Vol. I pg 452.

John Fearing and Margaret Hawks had the following children:

+ 3176 i. Israel¹² Fearing was born 1644.

4762 ii. John Fearing was born in Of Hingham, Plymouth, MA about 1646. John died 20 March 1725/1726 at 79 years of age. He married Hannah Beal 15 December 1676 in Hingham, Plymouth, MA. Hannah was born about 1646. Hannah was the daughter of Nathaniel Beal.

4763 iii. Mary Fearing was born in Hingham, Plymouth, MA 18 April 1647. Mary died 6 August 1705 in Hingham, Plymouth, MA, at 58 years of age. She married James Hersey 15 December 1665 in Hingham, Plym., MA. James was born 1642 in Hingham, Plymouth, MA. James was the son of William Hersey and Elizabeth Croade. James died 22 January 1683 in Hingham, Plymouth, MA, at 40 years of age.

4764 iv. Sarah Fearing was born in Hingham, Plymouth, MA 29 July 1649. She married Benjamin Lincoln 6 February 1667.
