He married Constance Hopkins 22 May 1627 in Plymouth, Plymouth, Massachusetts. Constance was born 25 January 1599 in Wooten Underedge, Gloucestershire, England. Constance was the daughter of Stephen Hopkins and Constance Dudley. Constance died October 1677 in Eastham, Barnstable, MA, at 78 years of age. Her body was interred 1 October 1677 in Orleans, MA.

Nicholas Snow and Constance Hopkins had the following children:

6138 i. Anthony¹³ Snowe was born in Plymouth, Plymouth, MA 1619. Anthony died August 1692 in Marshfield, MA, at 73 years of age. He married Abigail Warren 8 November 1639 in Plymouth, MA. Abigail was born 1618/1622 in England. Abigail was the daughter of Richard Warren and Elizabeth. Abigail died 3 January 1692 in Marshfield, Plymouth, MA, at 72 years of age.

6139 ii. Micajah Snow was born in Eastham, Barnstable, MA about 1624. He married Mercy Young.

6140 iii. Elizabeth Snow was born about 1626.

6141 iv. Mark Snow was born in Plymouth, Plymouth, MA 9 May 1628. Mark died in Eastham, Plymouth, MA. He married twice. He married Anne Cook 18 January 1655 in Plymouth, Plymouth, MA. He married Jane Prence 9 January 1660 in Eastham, MA.

6142 v. Child Snow was born about 1630.

6143 vi. Mary Snow was born in Plymouth, Plymouth, MA 14 December 1630. Mary died 28 April 1704 in Eastham, Barnstable, MA, at 73 years of age. She married twice. She married Thomas Paine 1649/1650. She married Thomas Paine July 1650 in Eastham, Barnstable, Mass.

6144 vii. Child Snow was born about 1632.

6145 viii. Sarah Snow was born in Plymouth, Plymouth, MA about 1632. Sarah died after 8 March 1697 in Eastham, Plymouth, MA, at approximately 64 years of age. She married twice. She married William Walker 25 February 1654 in Eastham, Mass. She married William Walker Ives 25 January 1654/1655.

6147 x. Joseph Snow was born in Plymouth, Plymouth, MA 24 November 1634. Joseph died 3 January 1722 in Eastham, Barnstable, MA, at 87 years of age. He married three times. He married Mary Mrs Snow. He married Mary Higgins?. He married Mary Higgins.

6148 xi. Stephen Snow was born in Plymouth, Plymouth, MA 1636. Stephen died 17 December 1705 in Eastham, Barnstable, MA, at 69 years of age. He married three times. He married Susanna Deane 28 October 1663 in Eastham, Massachusetts. He married Mary Bickford 9 April 1701 in Eastham, Barnstable, Mass. He married Mary Cottle 9 April 1701 in Eastham, Barnstable Co., MA.

6149 xii. John Snow was born in Of Plymouth, Plymouth, MA 1638. John died 4 April 1692 in Eastham, Barnstable Co., MA, at 53 years of age. He married Mary Smalley 19 September 1669 in Eastham, Mass.
