4338. Rebecca¹³ Waters (Lawrence¹⁴) was born in Dorchester, Suffolk, MA 1 February 1640. Rebecca died 7 March 1640 in Lancaster, Worcester, MA, at less than one year of age. Her body was interred 1726.

She married Josiah Whitcomb 21 January 1664 in Dorchester, Suffolk, Mass. Josiah was born 1638 in Dorchester, Suffolk, MA. Josiah was the son of John Whitcomb and Frances Coggan. Josiah died 20 March 1718 in (Will Dated), at 79 years of age. His body was interred 22 April 1718. (See Josiah Whitcomb for the children resulting from this marriage.)
