56. Solon⁶ Ramsdell (Mary Mehitable⁵ McGlauflin, William⁴, James³ MacLachlan, James², John¹) was born in Lubec, Washington, ME 30 April 1849. Solon died September 1920 at approximately 71 years of age.

He married Rebecca about 1863. Rebecca was born 1842 in ME. Solon was a Ships Carpenter. He and his family were living in Harrington, Washington County, Maine in 1870. They may have removed to Missouri.

Solon Ramsdell and Rebecca had the following children:

• 94 i. Llewellyn⁷ Ramsdell was born in ME 1864.

• 95 ii. Gertrude Ramsdell was born in ME 1867.

• 96 iii. Sanford Ramsdell was born in ME April 1870.
