She married twice. She married Calvin Hutchinson 18 August 1933 in Rumney, NH. Calvin was born about 1910. Calvin and Ruth were divorced.

She married Orin E. Elfstrom 18 June 1950. Orin was born in 1907. Orin died 1991 at approximately 84 years of age.

Ruth Evangel Ramsdell and Orin E. Elfstrom had the following child:

• 1403 i. Debra Lynn¹¹ Elfstrom was born 28 September 1951. She married James Willis Costas in 1981.

Ruth Evangel Ramsdell and Calvin Hutchinson had the following child:
