23. Atarah Eunice⁷ Naylor (William⁶, Joseph⁵, Charles⁴, James³, Joseph², George¹) was born in Brooklyn, NY 19 March 1898. Atarah died January 11, 1996 at 97 years of age. She married Leon Block 1 September 1927. Leon died 1944. She was born at 7:10 am at 123 Putnam Avenue in Brooklyn. She was baptized at the Church of the Incarnation, Brooklyn, NY on 15 Oct 1899 by Dr. J.J. Bacchus. Atarah was an accomplished artist.

Atarah Eunice Naylor and Leon Block had the following children:

• 39 i. Joan⁸ Block was born in Brooklyn, NY 15 May 1928. She married Delmar Jansen.

• 40 ii. Carol Block was born in Brooklyn, NY 20 December 1929. She married Freeman McMillan.
