26. Ann Lynn⁶ Openshaw (James Arnold⁵, James Arnold⁴, James Moss³, James², William¹) was born in Washington, DC 18 November 1963.

She married Brian Delauder 14 March 1992 in Annapolis, Anne Arundel, MD. Brian was born 2 June 1964. He is the son of William Coleman Delauder and Gladys Viola Tracy. Ann graduated from the University of Maryland and worked for Cherry Hill Construction for a number of years as a site manager before stopping to raise her family.

Ann Lynn Openshaw and Brian Delauder had the following children:

• 39 i. Bradley Raymond⁷ Delauder was born in Baltimore, Baltimore, MD 4 September 1994.

• 40 ii. Scott Joseph Delauder was born in Columbia, Howard, MD 26 June 1996.
