210. William Turner¹⁸ Openshaw (Thomas Lomax¹⁷, Jonathan¹⁶, Thomas¹⁵, Richard¹⁴, Thomas¹³, John¹², James¹¹ Openshey, James¹⁰, John⁹ Opensha, James⁸ Openshowe, James⁷, Lamwell⁶ Openshall, Thomas⁵ Openshawe, John⁴ Opynscha, ...³, Richard², ¹ Opynscha of the Schae) was born 15 January 1851.

He married Ann Entwisle 13 April 1880. Ann was born 12 November 1854. Ann was the daughter of Joshua Entwisle. William was of Newark, Notts, late Lieut. 7th Royal Lancashire Militia, and subsequently Captain and paymaster Natal Native Contingent.

William Turner Openshaw and Ann Entwisle had the following children:

218 i. Maud¹⁹ Openshaw was born 1 March 1881.

219 ii. Winifred Nellie Openshaw was born 30 April 1887.
