He married three times. He married Leona Reed. Leona is the daughter of Frank Reed and Maggie Everett. He married Agnes Alley 27 July 1907 in Jonesport, Washington, ME. Agnes was born about 1883. He married Ida Cossaboom 8 December 1915 in Cutler, Washington, ME. They moved to California.

Allen Abram Ramsdell and Agnes Alley had the following children:

1405 i. Flora A.¹⁰ Ramsdell was born 24 October 1908. She married Zebediah Norton 25 October 1923. Zebediah was born about 1908.

1406 ii. Marion E. Ramsdell was born 1910. She married Albert Rogers 10 July 1932. Albert was born about 1910.

1407 iii. Allen Ramsdell was born in CA about 1915.
