He married twice. He married May Erickson. He married Ethel P. Delores 28 May 1917 in Clarkston, WA. Ethel was born 21 August 1900 in Asotin, Asotin Co., WA.

Leslie Arden Wormell and Ethel P. Delores had the following children:

+ 1700 i. Mikel D.¹¹ Wormell was born 2 December 1917.

+ 1701 ii. Gerilee D. Wormell was born 5 December 1919.

1702 iii. Gwendolyn Wormell was born in Anatone, Asotin Co., WA 12 April 1923. Gwendolyn died 15 April 1923 at less than one year of age.
