32. Timothy³ Ramsdell (John², John¹) was born in Topsfield, Essex, MA 1692. Timothy died 18 December 1772 in York, York, ME, at 80 years of age.

He married Abigail Towne 12 March 1712/1713 in Topsfield, Essex Co, MA. Abigail was born 10 December 1687 in Topsfield, Essex, MA. Abigail was the daughter of Jacob Towne and Phebe Smith. Timothy was a resident of Boxford, Essex Co., MA, and was taxed there from 1711 to 1723. on 12 December 1723, Timothy sold to James Curtis, his neighbor, "a parcel of land with dwelling house, situated in Boxford," for 150 pounds. It is likely that he left the area at this point and went to York, Maine where his brother Nathaniel had settled.

Timothy Ramsdell and Abigail Towne had the following children:

99 i. Abigail⁴ Ramsdell was born in Topsfield, Essex, MA 2 February 1713/1714. She was christened 1716/1717 in Topsfield, Essex, MA.

100 ii. John Ramsdell was born in Topsfield, Essex, MA 3 February 1714/1715. He was christened 1716/1717 in Topsfield, Essex, MA.

101 iii. Katherine Ramsdell was born in Topsfield, Essex, MA November 1718.

102 iv. Timothy Ramsdell was born in Topsfield, Essex, MA 1720. He was christened 7 August 1720 in Topsfield, Essex, MA.

103 v. Joseph Ramsdell was born in Topsfield, Essex, MA 1721/1722. He was christened 1 April 1722 in Topsfield, Essex, MA.
