1048. Winslow A.⁹ Ramsdell (Aaron⁸, William⁷, James⁶, James⁵, Timothy⁴, Isaac³, Isaac², John¹) was born in Lubec, Washington Co, ME 19 July 1842. Winslow died 1 February 1906 in East Machias, Washington Co, ME, at 63 years of age.

He married Harriet G. Howe 1863. Harriet was born 15 October 1841. Harriet died 1922 at 80 years of age. Enlisted in the Army 24 March 1863, mustered 9 April 1864. Private, Co. H, 31 Inf.

Winslow A. Ramsdell and Harriet G. Howe had the following children:

1268 i. Julia A.¹⁰ Ramsdell was born in Machias, Washington, ME 7 October 1864.

+ 1269 ii. Thomas Aaron Ramsdell was born 22 August 1868.

1270 iii. Charles Ramsdell was born in Machias, Washington, ME 1869.

1271 iv. Fred Ramsdell was born about 1870.

1272 v. Kalene Ramsdell was born in Machias, Washington Co, ME 1877. Kalene died 12 June 1951 at 73 years of age.

1273 vi. Ross Ramsdell was born about 1879.

+ 1274 vii. Samuel James Ramsdell was born 31 August 1881.
