He married Lillian Dow. Lillian was born 6 August 1908.

Henry Winslow Ramsdell and Lillian Dow had the following children:

+ 1787 ii. Henry Allen Ramsdell was born 24 April 1929.

+ 1788 iii. Dale Dean Ramsdell was born 12 July 1933.

+ 1789 iv. Fred Thomas Ramsdell was born 21 May 1937.
