He married twice. He married Joanna Woolsey 23 September 1960 in Tacoma(lakewood), Pierce, WA. Joanna was born 12 July 1936 in Yakima, WA. He married Mary Louise Godwin 12 December 1981. Mary was born about 1937.

Fred Thomas Ramsdell and Joanna Woolsey had the following children:

2135 i. Denise Louise¹³ Ramsdell was born in Bremerton, WA 28 January 1963.

+ 2136 ii. Eileen Dolores Ramsdell was born 31 December 1965.
